just got out of shower. i lifted weights this morning and drank a meal replacement shake. im starting to feel like myself again since being back on olanzapine and stopping zoloft

yess i need the gainzzzzzzz ive been working my arms almost every day since i got the 20 lb dumbbells. the only days i dont is when my arms are too sore to bend from the previous day lol

I’ve been adding to my weight lifting routine. I became really weak while gaining weight and hiding in my house for several years. Now I go with my husband to the gym. I’m still weak but increasing reps and weight over time so that’s good. I lost 100 pounds but then gained 15. I’m going to work on losing the 15.

Had my monthly injection today. Also went to go and pick up my meds.
No plans for today, trying to find something to watch.

I just had my first Haldol long lasting injection a week ago. My arm didn’t hurt until 4 days later. So weird. It still hurts now. I’ve never had pain from shots in my arm before. I know the shot is made with sesame oil so that must be what is causing pain
