Say Anything Z is for Zenith

Yeah, so…there are not many words or even initialisms that start with Z. So “Zenith” it is.

@Ozzyskits moved here cause the other thread was about something different.

But mental health cert iv was good! You learn about mh, its history and types, about how certain laws impact work and that working with a diverse group dealing with AOD (alcohol and other drugs)…

They are on the web and you can see the units within a course. Some are expensive but I did online cause it was cheaper!

What’s stopped you from pursuing it?

I don’t know about you but olanzapine or zyprexa is working for me, I think ok, I feel ok, just getting up in the morning a lil difficult but overall it’s been ok for me better than zeldox, ziprasidone

I stopped taking AD escitalopram almost a month ago. No problems with that.

Been lowering my olanzapine dose from 20 mg to 2.5 mg over many, many months. Yes the end goal is to completely come off the olanzapine.

Now if I get to the point where I literally cant sleep with out it. Then theres gonna be a problem… id probably bring myself to the hospital. I really want off this drug for weight reasons. But my sleep is even more important to me then weight. So we’ll see.

thats the good way to do it. when i quit haldol last year i prob spend 2 months coming off it slowly once i had the dose low. i took the most time with the lowest dose coming off it. if i would quit overnight i couldnt last 3 days. but i lasted 4 months. things got real bad around month 3. i hope u can do it and not have to go back on anything. but if u do what do u think would be better? i didnt like olanzapine either
