Hey guys!
Have had a busy day. Took my friend to group this morning then met with my case manager to do my treatment plan.
Grabbed lunch with a couple friends. Then tonight going to my mom and stepdads bands gig tonight with my gma. Should be fun!!
Currently at my familys just chilling. Needed some relax time.

I just got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. My doc put me on Mounjaro to help with both the diabetes and lose weight. I’ve already gone from 298 lbs to 205 lbs, but it’s not enough to reverse the diabetes yet. I’m hoping more weight loss will help…

I’m on clozapine, and metformin, Mounjaro, and Cymbalta. The clozapine gives me the munchies and I sleep too much, but it’s the only med which has let me live well and not think about suicide constantly.

I got Smooch upstairs for some cuddles. I clipped her nails like always, and she decided to scratch up my arm in thanks. It doesn’t look like much, but darned, it stings!

Im on Clopixol and get suicidal less so now but have big problems with it like anhedonia, can’t lose weight on it and still suffering

My pdoc called and said stay off the internet and quit reading side effects of everything to start the sleep aid when family returns home.
Is there anything wrong with being cautious?!

I just finished Inland Empire. Lord is that movie long! 3 hours of digital video footage that tends to make sense, then the director throws a fat curveball at ya.
I got my copy of Primer in the mail. The disc kinda looks like crapola. I get so annoyed with Half Price Books. A scratched disc is not “used - good condition!!!”

I quit volunteering.
Too many people there n no space for me as such n some of them didn’t like me n I felt that.
