I’m really close to taking some Olanzapine and Ativan. I’m so exhausted but my brain just wont reach sleep. Its been 6 days since I quit. Thankfully im not having any paranoia or anxiety but I’m sleep deprieved.

Have you ever tried seroquel? You could take a half of a 25mg pill for sleep. Works for me when i need it.

Hey, I’m just getting on with it, i am taking my little nephew to the Harry Potter studios soon. got a p/doc appointment when i get back, i need to ask him if i can get this free counselling psychology that i was offered, if he says no then I’m requesting another psyche dr.

itll probably improve with time, i had a very hard time sleeping after stopping olanzapine, benadryl might help. olanzapine is one of the strongest anticholinergic effect producing ap’s so stopping it sucks for a while

That’s what i experienced coming off Zyprexa, too! The insomnia was driving me over the edge…still hard to sleep but I’m taking Restoril (temazepam) and it’s helping.
