Thereās a new game Pokemon sleep game that requires you to sleep with your phone by your pillow and that wonāt let you play unless you sleep Iād fail lol. It knows when you snore, move or talk in your sleep!

Hello! TGIF.
If I work two more hours a week Iāll be full time. Thatās 30 hours where I work.
Iāll have a lot more PTO to cover the time I take off and make some more money too. Iām thinking about it. I might do it as long as my boss doesnāt make me work an evening or a weekend. I guess Iāll find out when I talk to her next week.

Gosh I know this is TMI but do you go or canāt go?
I have IBS and fiber capsules are cheaper and actually treat those issues. My gastro Dr told me their not just for constipation.
They bind and regulate problems.

I usually cant go for 4 days until i get really sick and go sometimes caffiene helps but the fiber didnt help with that
