Actually this is the reason I bought my house. The path is only 1.5 miles from my front door. Allegedly it goes on for 30 miles. I’ll never find out though.

I just had Thai food, free delivery. Pad Thai beef spicy and General Tso chicken. Used a can of diet pepsi we have at home. Sodas from restaurents are a ripoff.

Well yeah 2 days ago I did 15min biking outside then a ~1h30 walk. Before yesterday did 15min indoor biking and weight lifting, biceps and upper back/shoulders.

Well I have to take a hot shower and get ready for work. I have a day off in two days so I’m looking forward to that.
