Saw my psychiatrist today. Completely uneventful

Saw them for about 10 minutes. No changes to anything. Will see them again in 6 months.

That’s good. I’m glad you’re stable

Sometimes the uneventful ones are the best, it means nothing serious is happening.

Do you need more support @lekkerhondje ?

Do you still have peer support?

i see somebody from mobile team every month to help me. And i see my gp doc every 2 weeks when i get depot injection. So i think i have enough support.

I’ve quit clozapine a couple days ago and am still readjusting but doing well. Also tapering my benzo.

Still on Wellbutrin and Invega.

I’m studying a healing course and it has really sparked my interest. If I can pull it off I would like to work as a healer/relaxation therapist for a couple of hours a week. I’m going to an immersive of 7 days in April in Barcelona and should be able to get certified in the technique I’m studying.

I’m still working on myself and want to get better every year.

I saw my paychiatrist yesterday. I did not want my depot so the nurse asked her to chat with me. I did eventually end up having it. I am thankful for their patience.
