So I felt awkward. I’ve only a few more sessions with them anyway, then I’m on my own. They said ideally now I’d stop calorie counting and eat stuff I’d cooked myself etc.
There’s no way that’s happening and I told them so. I don’t trust myself guessing calories etc and I don’t want to cook from scratch. I’m not able to cook from scratch.
I gained the 1kg weight because I’d stopped calorie counting.
Anyway, we decided I should add more variety to my diet as I literally have the same stuff everyday. So I’ll do that.
