Sarcosine is helping me sleep

Has anybody noticed this or is it some weird reaction on my part?

It has been 3 days, at 3, 4 am when I take my morning dose of sarcosine (because I can not sleep)
I feel so relaxed and comfy then just fall asleep in the next 10-15 minutes :o)

If sarcosine helps you fall asleep, why d you wait until 3am? You could take it at midnight?
