I guess Sarcosine helps with my positives

Sometimes I forget to take my Sarcosine because what’s the big deal it just helps with the negatives. Every time I miss a dose a couple hours later I hear voices. I don’t understand.

Interesting.

I mostly suffer positive symptoms and was afraid it might not work for me.

I ordered some a while ago, but didn’t start it yet and was getting skeptical of starting at all,

Might give it a go this week and see what happens.

How long have you been taking it and how much do you take?

I take 4 grams a day. I’ve been taking it ever since I joined this website a month and a half ago to 2 months.

It says to start with a half a gram and increase from there,

Did you do that or just start with the full dose?

Good plan!

I think I’ll start next week,

I’m still recovering from my surgery and don’t want to inject anything new until I’m further healed,

But I’ll give it a try here soon.

It doesn’t do anything to my mood. Although I’m in a pretty good mood so who knows.

I only take 1 gram of Sarcosine every day. Any more, and it keep me awake all night.

I could take Sarcosine before bed and sleep well.

I just take it in the morning. They tell you to start with 1/2 g so you can titrate up and see how a smaller dose affects you.

I take 1 g in the morning and 2g in the afternoon.
