Is there any research about what dose can be considered as safe? I mean prostate cancer trigger

Actually, I have read that sarcosine is a prostate cancer biomarker, but not that it can cause cancer by itself…

I take 3000mg of sarcosine and 3000mg of N-Actyl-Cystine every day, it has nearly miraculously cured me of my negative symptoms with no side effects. Sarcosine is extremely gentle as it is already present in the body, I would strongly encourage you to try it.

Very interesting. What subtype of schizophrenia do you have @dmdar? Have you ever had formal thought disorder such as disorganisation? Would sarcosine help with that?

My sub type is actually Schizoaffective disorder, I have never been diagnosed with a thought disorder.

I take 2 mg morning and 2 mg in four hours afterwards everyday. Have been taking for the past 5 months.
