My friend got me a full spectrum bulb. I went to the thrift store and the lady there gave me a lamp! She also gave my daughter a box of dolls.

How is your mood light going? Currently using mine and loving it. 
I just got it all today so I’m not sure if the feeling happier has to do with the niceness or the light!
