I am feeling down right now so I’m using my lamp and diffuser. I hope it helps a bit. I’m feeling dizzy. Have no idea if I’m feeling bad because of the low white blood count. Or just a cold/flu. Anyway I’m watching my jets in 15 minutes. And just put on a pot of coffee.

Yes after a few times it starts improving mood. They are so affordable now on Amazon. Mine is not very big. I paid $35 I think. The brand is Verilux.

I just got a SAD lamp, too! Mine was $40 on Amazon. It has timers and everything- really handy. My pdoc wanted me to get one last year, but I didn’t believe it would do anything, so I didn’t. This year, however, I am up for anything. I just got mine yesterday. I hope it helps. And I hope yours helps you, @FatMama. Feel better soon!
