Round and round

sometimes I feel ok but others like today are not great and am just trying to get through.

Just like everybody else.

There’s little information here but everybody goes through that schizophrenic or not. You’re lucky that you feel OK sometimes. I’ve gone through years where my life was “One step forward, two steps back”. Literally years.
But I hope you feel better. Good luck.

last time I was in hospital was 15 months ago.i have improved a lot but I think it will take a few more months at least to get really well.day at a time.how r u guys?

i can relate to the just trying to get through. is today going better for you? i hope it is.

mine’s decent enough thus far. still morning, but i have something to do this afternoon and getting out of the house will be a good thing.

glad your feeling ok eetre. I think im suffering depressive/anxiety symptoms now instead of psychotic. still get a few dodgy thoughts but know what they are.tomorrow going football match so that will keep me busy.

I misss my son.when I got ill with schizophrenia they took away our son and my wife died of heartache due to this although we had separated at the time .still love her.think about her everyday.talk to her too.

i’m so sorry to hear. condolences on your loss. i hope you get to see your son again. i can only imagine how terrible to miss a child.

i’m glad you have a match to go see…i like to try and find things to distract as well. keeping busy is hard sometimes, but always better for me than festering inside my house. i have to get moving along, but i hope tomorrow is ever better for you than today.

I enjoyed the game thank you.have a good friend to go to matches with. sundays can be a bit boroing.not a lot to do.what do you do to keep busy etre

morning, was off for a while.

so, i have a dog. i walk him a lot. i garden. i live with my partner and my father and they try to keep me somewhat engaged in things.

right now it’s (i’m in the states currently) it’s the world series and our team is in it (SF), so that’s something to watch that doesn’t get me agitated. i normally can’t abide the television running. but it’s not at my house with cabling coming in so i can go watch.

i also go to day programme. it’s on my nerves a lot, but it’s better than sitting in my house, i know.

what are you getting into today?

i live on my own.i d love to have a dog but I live in a flat unfortunatly.not allowed to keep one.its great u have a partner . my wife died in jan this year.i miss her alot but we were seperated at the time of her death.
i quite like the nurse at the clozapine clinic were they check my blood once a month.she’s nice.dont know whether to ask her out!!

condolences on losing your wife. i can appreciate how even if your relationship changed, you still miss her and grieve her.

with the nurse, i think it depends. maybe ask her to get a coffee as a starter? she might have some obligation not to interact with patients in a personal fashion, but if that’s not the case, then i think you should go for it!
