Rooroo is not doing well

Tonight, she has still not gotten up to go to the bathroom since about 3 pm…it is now almost 1 am the next morning…we are having the vet come when they open at seven thirty am tomorow morning…looks like we will have to put her down. very sad.

thanks leaf, the wife is going to take it the hardest, she cried herself to sleep tonight…rooroo is sleeping right now…hasn’t gotten up still so it’s pretty positive that she will have to be put down now…only a matter of time…

I’m sorry for you and your wife but sometimes it becomes necessary.

We don’t want our babies to suffer.

I had to put my beloved Pug down after he developed stomach cancer.

He was wasting away and was having bloody stools.

thanks @Wave sorry about your pug pup…part of life I guess…my wife raised rooroo from a puppy and she is going to not be having a good day today. feel sad…rooroo is still sleeping.

It is done…just helped carry off Rooroo on a stretcher after administering the shots to euthanize her…she went peacefully. This house is not happy about it though.

Or did a Vet do it?

I’m so sorry about your pup. I hope you have lots of pictures of Rooroo, to remember the good times with her. I’m sorry you lost her, but at least she went peacefully. (hugs)

@Blossom yes my wife has had Rooroo for all of the dog’s life since a puppy…planning on getting some blown up…thank you.

I’m so sorry. I’m super grateful on RooRoo’s behalf that you were able to get the vet to do it at home where RooRoo is the most comfortable. There’s at least that to be positive about. I really feel for you. It’s so awful to lose a furbaby. Hug your wife lots. It’ll comfort both of you.

Some places will put your pets paw prints in plaster for free, so you can always have the imprints to remember her by.
