The supplements just calm me down and help combat the anxiety probably caused by abilify.
You mentioned in your post on the l theanine thread that it helps with your voices? Do you still hear voices after being on abilify

So when you got off l theanine the disorganised thoughts got worse?
You still have disorganised thoughts while on abilify? It doesn’t get rid all of it?
