I guess I do, I seem to remember that in my old mind. Anyway evertime I ask why I have to take benztropine the pdoc and nurse start screaming at me that I have restless legs…jeez, sorry.

I get that sometimes, but it is in my arms. :frog::frog::frog:

Eat potassium based food like bananas and exercise, go for walks on elevations, go up staircases. You want to keep your potassium levels high. Maybe you can find potassium complements too. You do have to exercise your legs along with the potassium intake. Note that not above normal, you don’t want hiperpotassiemia, you want the highest level within the healthy range. That will help. It helps me.

I think with potassium it’s called hyperkalemia. I had hypokalemia when I went into liver failure in 2018…those potassium supplements are like swallowing a boat!

You are absolutely right. Didn’t know about the swallowing sensation. Thanks for sharing.

Seroquel gave me agonising akathisia so I had to stop it, couldn’t cope with it

The neighbour gets restless legs alot, she has them in the air when shes in bed. Shes on Parkinsons drugs for it. Shes not on any Ap’s tho - i swear blind its her opiate abuse that causes it, but she wont have it.
