Psychiatrists know about dosages of medication.
The minimum doses for schizophrenia would be:
Zyprexa: 7.5mg
Risperidone: 3mg
Seroquel:300mg
For true schizophrenia those are the accepted minimum doses I think. I am not so arrogant to think I know better than psychiatrists. I must respect the minimum dose.
I think the lowest therapeutic dose of risperidone is 2 mg.
Real schizophrenia is multiple episode. Those are the doses that matter.

That chart can be a little misleading if read improperly. If a person has 1 episode and no further episodes, often a psychiatrist will reduce the dose even further after the person has stabilized after the first episode.
I think dose depends on pdoc… like om sadasiva takes 60 mg abilify and 80 mg haldol…!!!
