Have to take minimum antipsychotic doses!

I am taking the miminum therapeutic dose of Seroquel for schizophrenia which is 300mg a day. I reduced it from 400mg to 300mg a while ago as a last ditch effort to see if I could tolerate Seroquel. I feel more nutty and negative symptoms.

When I was on Clopixol injection I was on 150mg every two weeks. The usual dose is 200mg every two weeks, but it had to be reduced early on due to side effects.

Through trial and error I have come to know my minimum dose of amisulpride - 200mg. And olanzapine my minimum dose is 2,5mg.

So I take 200mg amisulpride but double the minimum dose of olanzapine - 5mg.

The amisulpride is for my positive (psychotic) symptoms and the olanzapine is for my mood symptoms especially depression
