It’s odd. It feels like L-theanine is having more of an effect on my body than my mind. It feels like it is rejuvenating my connective tissue. As for the anxiety - I’ve had terrible anxiety for 45 years. It will take a while to undo it. It will take a while to get all those anxiety knots and kinks out of my system.
L theanine just made me feel more focused… but not that much difference. My naturopath suggested thst and lysine for schizophrenia. I hope it might work for you.
As for anxiety, maybe youre not eating or sleeping well. Or not avoiding anxiety filled situations.
