So far I haven’t noticed much psychological effect from this supplement, but it took me 45 years to build up this anxiety, and it is probably going to take a while for all the anxiety knots in my system to come undone. I am noticing a physical effect from it, though. If has a definite effect on my connective tissue. I think I might have gained some muscle mass too. I have a feeling that the L - theanine will get rid of most of my anxiety, but it will take a while. I’ve laid in about a year’s supply of L - Theanine, so I will have a good while to investigate this supplement. Also, it has a strange effect on my sleeping. I sleep about two or three hours, then wake up and mess around a little with the tv and my computer, then I go back to sleep again. I’ve been getting about nine hours of sleep a night like this.
