Whenever Im stressed out to an unsafe level I feel out of my body and like time stops. I cant close my eyes and when I look at the walls I see faces sticking out. This has been happening a lot lately, especially if you read my other topic because Im going through crazy stress in a breakup. I feel lost, confused and like nothing is real. Anyone else deal with this kinda thing?
I used to deal with derealization. It was one of the scariest times of my life. Once my stress levels reduced, my derealization went away
