How many here have despersonalization episodes? I am having one now and it sucks

I’ve had DP, but I mostly get Derealization.

When this happens to me i can do nothing. Just walking and walking. Everything seems unreal. And my thoughts are so intense and vivids.

I have derealization. Is that the same thing? I get it a lot. It fuels my delusion of life being a simulation.

I used to get really bad depersonalization symptoms along with paranoia. I don’t get this much anymore. I don’t know why.
