Reduce my tummy time

does anyone know any exercises i can do to tone up my tummy? i want to look good when i meet this girl :slight_smile:

they say abs are made in the kitchen. based on what you eat and stuff. I find working my abs is the hardest part of working out.

for my stomach, I do “lying leg lifts”, where you lay on the floor and raise your legs a few inches off the ground. I’ll do about 100 reps. also I do “planks” where you lay on the ground stomach side down, with your elbows supporting your weight and your body off the floor. I like to do these for a certain amount of time. lastly I get a partner, ususally my dad, and do medicine ball twists to work my obliques.

these exercises, unlike situps and crunches put no strain on the neck when performing them, that’s why I do them

did you have weight gain from meds?

do you think doing the bicycle movement on my back might help? bc i like doing that?

yeah I gained 30 lbs, then lost 15 dieting. im still about 10 pounds heavier than im used to.

I think the bicycle would be good. especially if you like doing it. my brother in law used to suggest doing those, he’s in good shape.

probably it’s as simple as a little more cardio, a stricter diet and targeted exercises like you mentioned

its just really hard bc it stresses me out doing exercises even the bicycle movement, i wish there was a quick fix :frowning:

You can’t loose just belly fat. If you diet and exercise you loose fat everywhere slowly.

i thought by doing more i would lose some weight, hasnt happened yet :confused:

1000 sit ups a day followed by 500 star jumps should be about right.

I couldnt do that! do you do that? that sounds like a nightmare lol, i need something enjoyable, i was looking at a gym membership but its expensive, it is a 5 star gym though and i bet there is some really nice women there as well, i think i’ve decided to pursue women that i can actually see with my own eyes now lol.

Haha I can’t do much exercise. If I do anything it is walking. But you asked for advice and I delivered with my custom exercise regimen for you.
