when i started dating my ex gf last year around july or so i started doing pushups but didnt start doing them more intense until around early october. we are now broken up but i still have kept the workout habit. do you guys think that my chest looks muscular or that the meds have given me gyno?
Mate…well done! I’d be happy with a stomach that flat!!! I am trying and getting there but it’s hard work with the meds. I think your looking good and fit and that is half the battle!
Keep trying and move up to different exercises. There’s a lot you can do with just bodyweight and resistance to keep yourself toned! Good luck and well done on the exercise!
@noahide, I think you would look a whole lot better if you stood up straighter and didn’t slouch over. Take another selfie standing straight and then we can see what you really look like.
Do you do any back exercises? Like pullups ? I only ask cuz if you only do push-ups everyday you will get rounded shoulders from your chest being overdeveloped and back muscle not support it.

@rogueone thanks man! yea i mainly just do pushups but have been working on dumbbell hammercurls and some incline bench press and curls with the bench bar. other than that i havent started working everything yet.
@SkinnyMe yea i see exactly what you mean. i guess i was just thinking that if i slouched over it would make my pecs looks more prominent. here is a pic with back straight that i just took.
@anon31257746 i had a pullup bar a couple months ago. however im not strong enough to do them even tho i left it at my ex’s and we just broke up a month ago. so i will probably get another one soon. as you can also do situps pretty good with the multigym bar for pullups too.

Do this exercise.
You don’t need a bench you can just bend over at 45 degree angle.
You can even do it with no weight, just do a couple sets of 10 reps. If you have 2 weights that are like 10 pounds each or even 5 thatd help too.
It’s strengthens your back and pulls shoulders back.
I learned this from a physiotherapist cuz I was doing too much bench press and not any back support exercises
