It is possible to treat the symptoms, but it is much harder to eradicate the disease. That hardly every happens.

I’m not an astronaut but I’m managing my sz pretty well. That’s all I can ask. It’s still not peaches and cream always but it’s better than it was…
At this time sz can be treated but not cured. The measure of success of the treatment is the measure of success of the recovery.

I used to be extremely optomistic that I would be “cured” one day. But after 5 years. I have accepted this is a lifelong managing of my condition. It’s a sobering and humbling thought.
