Is it possible for schizophrenics on antipsychotics to recover to the point that whatever stress level is not going to trigger the slightest of symptoms, in other words for the brain to regain normalcy again. Has anyone successfully oversee their stress tolerance become normal again?

But I know people who do very well on their medication
I know two people personally who are working snd living closer to normal lives whilst medicated

What happens sometimes is a person recovers and stops taking the medicine which makes their disease relapse.
