During Schizophrenic recovery, is it natural for a few crashes?

I’ve always heard relapse is a part of recovery, so yeah it’s just part of it

I was up and down a lot on my old meds. I do have periods of feeling worse. I also have weird break downs when there’s a lot going on. I start to hallucinate visually like everything sticks out at me. I feel very exposed when this happens, it but passes within an hour or two.

I still have bad days that I have to take a prn.

But I also have good days.
