Do you recommend an antipsychotic med that worked well for you?
I know weight gain is an important factor for you.
Almost all AP showed a degree of weight gain after prolonged use, except for amisulpride, aripiprazole and ziprasidone, for which prolonged exposure resulted in negligible weight change.

I think I have to do it. I will fix the correct dose with Geodon and take it.
I even had much more focus and energy on that med.
I can slowly switch and hope everything will work out.
If I become skinny, I will naturally feel happier anyway.

The regimen that eliminated my extreme paranoia was:
Risperdal Consta 37.5 mg IM every two weeks
Geodon 240 mg by mouth every day
Seroquel 200 mg by mouth every night
My only side effects are: dry mouth and mild constipation.
My weight is within normal limits. BMI: 22.5
I watch my calories like a hawk and I exercise every day.
I still have mild paranoia, but, it is nothing like it was.

I’m on abilify, still have to pay attention to what you eat, but I find it works well, without to many side effects, I get the injection so it does not make me sleepy, a more even distribution than pills, day of injection I’m tired but that goes away after a day or so.
olanzapine actavis, only took 5 mg as 10 mg was rendering me stoned literally, would persist next full day, couldn’t even walk straight in mornings. I don’t think bigger doses are prescribed. I stashed my all meds, I hate thaking them, I hate fake and temporary masks.
The combination of Zoloft and Seroquel does this for me. Just breathing and I can feel restoring of a better balance of neurotransmitters. Sometimes, I can almost physically feel it.
