Never been so depressed, up and down l in my life. I’m trying to see my pdoc today. To get my abilify raised to 15 mg, a mood stabilizer and possibly an antidepressant. I’m also having tons of symptoms of trauma and ptsd and emailed a new trauma therapist about seeing her to help me process my ptsd. I tried to check myself into a private hospital last night but they never called me back till this morning so I just slept and felt better but still think I need major med changes. Bye.
Hang in there. Chaotic times always pass. Best of luck to you.
oh honey I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. I wish there was something I could do. Try to remember to take it easy and take care of yourself the best you can. Remember you’re sick and you need rest. Get through each thing a little at a time, and don’t be hard on yourself. Love Tera
Fingers crossed they’ll be able to sort something out for you. I’m going up to abilify 15mg myself as a trial for a few months.
Well I’m seeing my pdoc but not till 520. Thanks people.
I am sorry @Goyankees =(
I’m sorry to hear that man, you were going through such good times. Always upbeat and most of all very creative.
I hope you go back to that blissful state soon.
We’re here to support you.
@Goyankees Sorry to hear that you’re going through a rough patch. I’m glad you’re able to see your pdoc today. Take care.
Sorry you’ve got it rough at the moment. Just hang in there. Things will turn around xo
I’m sorry you’re going through this. Hopefully they will be able to increase your Abilify and everything will get sorted out soon.
Im on 30mg of abilify but im also on zoloft so im not sure which one is actually helping or if its both. Seems to help my depression but i have other symptoms i deal with.
hey. Sorry your in crisis. They way the system is it’s very hard to get some emergancy help. It’s just so stressed out. In my periods of crisis it took days to get to chat to a doctor…I’m glad you have that under control. It’s important to not panic and just do what you can do. Help will come. Be patient and don’t forget if it’s really hard you can always report to the hospital emergancy. Not the best solution, but it’s there.
