It honestly feels like 11 maybe even 12, i feel it in my stomach.
I seriosly considered going to the hospital for it or to start hitting my head on the walls.

Nowadays for me it’s anywhere from a 4-7 I guess. Most days at least.

It psyhical anxiety, it feels like burnig and hot dots, it stops then it starts again.
It might be partly because i quit smoking 6 days ago.

My anxiety is currently pretty much a 2. Of course, I don’t have to go anywhere today or do anything, so this is good for keeping it low.

Ok, because if its pain there is OTC meds you could try.

Today it’s about a 6, for reasons I can’t fathom. I got more than 12 hrs sleep last night, so it can’t be that. I just don’t know.

I’m at a 1. I think Buspirone is helping with my anxiety.
My anxiety is 10 most all day I only get relief in the evening
My anxiety is very high when i see authorities like police, psychiatrists, nurses or other officers of government i wish sometimes to be somewhere far away from them. I made too many bad experiences and what i know from social media from the past.
The anxiety is high. I’ve had to drastically reduce my phone contact list. It’s not their fault though.
I’m going to get a coffee now to help with anxiety. Wish me luck.

Caffeine reduces anxiety for you? For me it makes it worse.

I left the house for a bit today. It’s pretty high. It was really high when I was out

Yea for me it can have a mixed effect depending on my mood. But today it is mostly giving me an energy boost as I feel tired.
Probably best for you not to drink coffee I assume you aren’t.
