@Nomad Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. I hope you can find that one thing that brings enjoyment. Do you have any pets?

I’m going through a similar thing…For the last 6 years, my purpose was to become a published author, but creating a novel that’s ready for publication is a massive undertaking that I’m not sure I can do because of the sz. It requires rewriting and more rewriting, and I just don’t have the patience.

I follow some courses to feel purpose. Just part-time but it keeps me busy and focused on something. Maybe you could try that too?
