I can’t think of any  . I was more productive in 2016.

2017 has been kind of a lazy year for me. Hopefully things will improve in 2018 again.

Moving out is a big deal. Well done on that.

i stayed on my meds all year. i stayed off of heroin and i was almost completely compliant with my methadone program. i still see black stars shining in the daytime sky, every day they are there. but im learning to live with them without fear. i hope every one of you have a healthy 2018. -paul

I moved to a new house,

Which was endlessly stressful and full of fiery hoops to jump through.

Made a plethora of healthy changes in preparation for 2018,

Which will be my year, fo sho.

I was able to battle my last psychosis on my own before switching to abilify.

I gained total insight and have reached a point of Lucidity!

I managed to reorganize my own mine and it is showing in how I keep myself and my space clean and neat! I will carry this into 2018!!

We managed our daughters’ eating disorders, and they graduated from the Children’s Hospital Program.

They now both weigh in the 90’s, and are almost as tall up to my nose!

Same with me…not a productive year. I got laid off from my job in May and it’s like it killed my drive. It doesn’t help that they never paid me the $5k I’m still owed in commission. Grrrr…so very frustrating!

After major upheavals in 2013-2014, I feel like I’ve been dealing with those all this time. I’ve been struggling and I haven’t been as healthy in the past few years. 2017 was a year of coming to terms with some things and learning to appreciate others. So it’s been a year of settling. I’m hoping 2018 is more productive and that I can build on the realizations I’ve come to.

I finally faced my fears of therapy! And now I’m going regularly and I’m not so scared! So I’m proud of that even though I was kinda forced into it at first. But I’m hoping I can improve even more next year!
