Radio had a song about being an actor in a movie.
After that another song said something about
horses galloping. Which is how i used to feel in my mind when i was a kid

The problem is, delusions can be addictive.
So one starts indulging in activities that have the potential to reinforce one’s delusions. Also, one develops selective sensory processing, aka filters out stuff that runs counter to their pre-formed opinions. Actually, normies do this too, to a lesser extent. It’s called confirmation bias.

I texted my psychiatrist in messenger.
I’m waiting for his response

Pdoc said i should add a bit of ap, one more pill,
and a benzo. I told him i just took my noon meds.
If they won’t work, I’ll do as he says

I don’t need a benzo.
I’m very calm.
I just notice these phenomena happening.
I observe unaffected.

When i was studying kaballah, tv used to
show me symbols and numbers

I experience this, too, the TV and radio talking to me and about me.

I need to have TV or radio on throughout the day.

If I don’t, I start to have inner dialogue that goes on and on about nothing. It makes me paranoid at times.

Could you please clarify what you mean, I don’t fully understand
are you saying that you felt in your mind actors in movies being galloping horses?

I texted my psychiatrist earlier this morning.
I told him that the thing with the tv doesn’t happen
when I’m unwell or anxious, but all the time.
Whenever i turn on the tv, it says something about me.
It’s pretty constant and continuous phenomenon.

That’s paranoia. The t.v and radio are are used by millions of people so it would be impossible for them to make programmes for an individual.

The only time the media would report on you or me would be if we’d done something terrible wrong. Or something amazing.
