I too got wrecked by strong fluid. I now mix my own fluid so can adjust the strength.
I enjoy the action of vaping so I make my fluid weak and vape all day long.

I personally believe nicotine is as important to my functioning as seroquel.
If they ban vaping they will make people with schizophreniaâs lives worse.

I basically rigged my vape to where if I go insane with it, it is still not that much nicotine. And I agree, it is like a medication, it is an effective self-medication.
Me vaping constantly and performance in school went hand in hand. I do find that the more direct nicotine products for replacement therapy are also effective with the cognitive âboostâ often described by schizophrenia patients who use nicotine. For example, lozenges do the trick for me, and the patch was helpful but did not make me quit cigarettes, it made me reduce them to one, sometimes two a day.
I think I should quit when I have resources to do so, not before graduate school. And not during it either.
I should note, nicotine is damaging to the heart and other organs with long term use. It is best to quit before middle age. The negative impacts from nicotine alone are mostly in people of middle and older age.

A licensed clinician told me that. I would stop spreading articles from 4 years ago and acting like one article is superior to a doctorâs word, when he has read thousands of them.

I am vaping unless I am in practice. I did some volunteer practice, I used lozenges. I went unnoticed.
I heard from a lawyer who smokes, he said âOh, youâre in school? Donât quit until youâre done.â

Lately though I tried this top shelf stuff. Itâs quality. Iâm a bit tired of mixing.

Okay, in all honesty, folks.
With our crap, vaping being the biggest problem means we are doing SO well. My sister had a crisis and she smokes now too. Sheâs doing so well that I say to her not to remove the crutch. I smoked until I had to get back in shape due to heart disease. Now I can do intense cardio no problem.

Nicotine, a non cancerous substance affects one organ only. The brain. Actually Iâll add your heart rate can increase. However vaping is not like a cigarette where you get a high dose in a short time. Itâs more like slow release. So is argue there.
Itâs a stimulant like coffee.
If we are going to get down to the nitty gritty picky. Coffe is the cancerous one.

I see one of the top cardiologists in my country. Heâs not the least bit worried about me vaping and heâs up-to-date on the latest literature. Hell, he has written a good chunk of it.
Just vape donât smoke cigs and you will be safer. Idk what happened to you and your arm but itâs probs because your getting too much nicotine
