Ok good, but do you atleast sleep like 7 - 8 hours like a normal person?

I sleep more than that but its due to inactivity not the drug. I have had a couple episodes of insomnia with it though.

lol, if you’re lucky you do

Ok, thank you, i was thinking about changing my med from zyprexa to abilify, but i have to wait until my clinical nurse go back to the office so we can manage that.

How about when you put the alarm to wake up, is it hard?

I don’t use an alarm but I don’t think it would be a problem. I’m reading a book about Schizophrenia and it says that “least likely to cause sedation are Risperdone(Risperdal), ziprasidone(Geodon), and aripiprazole(Abilify)” Granted its a few years old so doesnt include newer drugs like Vraylar.

How about the price for a month? It depends on country maybe, i am from Canada.

I suppose that would depend on whether or not you got the generic. A quick internet search says about $1000 a month for a 30 day supply. not sure how accurate that is though. Insurance pays for mine so I dont know.

Still very expensive for a 2002 meds.

Abilify was 58$/month in Quebec with public insurance.

Does it matter if you are on public insurance or not?

Idk I don’t have private insurance.

I mean, i want to get back to work, but with 58$ a months would be ok, not 1000$

Well if you have any insurance at all I’m sure it would pay for at least some of that.

I don’t work, I paid 58$/month when I was on it.

I think thats a question for your insurance company.

Here in Canada health care is free as public insurance is free.
