I remember when I thought that I am a creator of the universe… I am so glad that my delusional thinking lessened every year. 
I remember watching those ‘universe size’ videos and thinking… How did I created that if I don’t even know how to make my plants in my room staying alive??

My psychosis was year lenght and it was truly bad.
Really bad.

I still have symptoms. I thought I lived in a simulation or matrix and it was all physics based. I ended up having a spiritual experience or awakening and started believing in God (a higher power). I used to be an Atheist.
I had a lot of bizarre beliefs to say the least: that I got abducted by aliens; that I’ve been to trillions of parallel universes; and that I either escaped the ‘matrix’ or ran it with God lol.
I’m definitely more philsophical. It can be quite stressful and triggering to research this stuff. It doesn’t help really. I have a curious mind.

I had very similar thoughts during Psychosis.
I believe the same - researching such stuff when we’re feeling unwell is the worst decision. It can make it even worse…

Mine was repeated and took a very long time due to the repeated misdiagnosis like I tell you guys all the time the mental healthcare is a joke at best plus the stigma in Kenya it’s not fun but thinking of the delusions right now, yeah they are hella funny. But on the real, don’t get mentally ill in a third world country

Hey I lived through it ,I am better for it and I ain’t dead. 3 reasons to hope for better days @anon8411913 I choose to live on the positive these days. I have seen too many dark nights, it’s only fair I see some light filled ones
