I noticed my mood go way up after changing up my diet. I may still be schizophrenic, but I know this was half of my problem

This makes sense. Our ancestors ate a very different diet with a lot more prebiotic fiber (which feeds the good bacteria) and they ate a lot more fermented foods full of good bacteria than we do these days. I’ve been adding both back to my own diet, and I feel healthier.
