I am but they said that to me today
Maybe you are seeing things, but you lack the insight to realize it. What people call my hallucinations are so real to me I can’t tell the difference at all

I know i maybe wouldn’t realize it but eh
I don’t see anything weird or abnormal either. But I see people that other people say they don’t see. But there’s nothing unusual about the people I see and talk to

I didn’t figure out I hallucinated until a little girl came to talk with me and entered the room through a wall and a chair. I still had a conversation with her and figured out I had hallucinated a whole bunch of other crazy stuff.
It all seemed real to me. It’s a crazy but long story. No telling how many times I did it and didn’t know. I see people and they talk to me. I can hear them and I talk back. If I see strangers in my house I go check my pill box.
It still happens occasionally.
