Does anyone take propranolol?
I take it for a tremor, but it helps with my anxiety as well.

Yes, I take 20mg propranolol as a PRN and also as part of my daily med regimen.
It has been helpful for me— hope it is helping you too
I took it as prn in hospital I liked it be careful it can mess with your blood pressure
Yes, sometimes. I suffer from panic attacks. I try to avoid taking them though.
When I was on them daily I felt less aggressive, had less anxiety and felt more peaceful.
I avoid taking them because I’m on enough drugs.
I take it when I don’t have Lorazepam as a PRN.
It’s pretty good for anxiety.
I took one two hours ago. Still feeling bit restless.
Seems like 10mg was not enough for today. Works well otherwise.
Take it as PRN though.
I take 40mg prn. Helps me a lot
They started me off on a stupidly low dose and as the anxiety was driven by psychosis that was when they gave me Vortioxetine
I took 160mg for about a decade.
Sometimes I’d get confused especially if my pulse dropped below 60bpm.
I would get episodic pins and needles in hands and feet to start [especially at night] and later in my limbs/torso/face.
I now have peripheral neuropathy but I was a heavy drinker too. It is the only drug where withdrawal and cessation brought only benefits. The most unexpected of which was dramatic improvement in my hearing. Very strange!
I used to. Now i take clonidine which also helps for anxiety so i dont use it anymore.
I started taking this to on .1mg
