Prolactin Hormone?

No I’m not doing anything, except some cardio now and then, and working on life

hmm try to do some more cardio. perhaps it will boost your hormone flow and balance it out. might also bring you back to your teenage and young adult sexuality and fitness. simply walking in a nice quick pace for 20-30 minutes a day will do wonders. but i understand if you have no motivation for this. i also dont have any as of yet.

Well I have it in my head to go to the gym, but everyday I skip it cause of boredom, lack of motivation…etc

i have heard from many amateur and even professional trainers that cardio is alot better, healthwise, than weightlifting. so just walking from one point to another for 20 minutes will do the trick to improve the hormones, metabolism and fitness. if you have a footballfield or soccerfield where you live then most of the time it has a running circle of 400meters around it. i know all of the soccer fields in my city have them. this is the perfect place, especially when nobody is there, to do cardio for half an hour you can walk your time undisturbed and will also be able to calculate the speed because here at least they are all 400meters long. 4 rounds is a mile. so for a nice pace you should do like between 1 to 2 miles in 20 minutes.
