I read that yoga improves sleep, and i want to know if you practice yoga, do you sleep well?

I hear that yoga is very beneficial - my pdoc suggested it once
i tried it but i got a sore back it felt good at the tie though
I despise yoga. It feels like a chore for me. Eats up time that I could have spent cooking.
I stayed relatively stable for a long while by doing transcendental meditation, rigorous exercise, and going to AA meetings. I quit meditating, started drinking again, and stopped working out. You know the results.
I haven’t in awhile… I was doing a combination of some yoga moves with stretching. It felt good.
