Yesterday was a really bad day I got paranoia and was struck to my bed for couple hours I felt like crap
Today was a really good day I went to volunteer job then in afternoon I went to a free yoga class and yesterday’s woes are forgotten almost
Nice! My doc says I should try yoga. I’m not so sure, i’m really inflexible
I am reAlly inflexible but this is a really easy class good for relaxation
You can do it! I had a barrel of a yoga teacher with her spine fused to steel bars. She was amazing.
I’ve never been able to come even close to touching my toes, and that was before my back injury T_T

On a good day I feel like walking and rehearsing talks. On a bad day, I simply lay in bed and hope that a pleasure point sparks that enables me to listen to music or get up for food.
I’m losing a lot of my post-medicated weight and detoxing, though. I’m just hoping that by the time next Spring & Summer roll around, I can muster up the strength to get outside and enjoy the elements.
