Practically every time I look up something to see if its good for diabetics to eat

…it says something like, fine in moderation. Raisins for example shoot my blood sugar sky high…but what is the first thing on an internet search about raisins?

That’s very unethical for companies to make those kinds of false claims about their products just to make more money

Raisins are okay to eat in moderation. But instead of eating them alone, eat with a protein, like oatmeal, to prevent your blood sugar from spiking.

You should totally try okra it’s one of those foods that you can stick in a microwave the whole thing and cook it and eat it like a hot pepper how does it affect your diabetes it helps in the fact that it has lower and few carbo sugars
