I love onions, garlic, shallots…put them in everything I can feasibly.

Used to slice onions into rings and dip them raw into a mix of mayo and mustard.

Ate a half raw onion. Hopefully I go below prediabetic.

I hate raw onions!
I don’t mind them fried or cooked in my foods

The liver has to be good though.

Call any vegetable, and the changes are good
That the vegetable will respond to you.

this is a great find, thank you for sharing it. If I’m reading the article right, it didn’t work for the rats at the lower dose. A big guy like me, for example, would have to take 4 * 1000mg a day to get an equivalent dose (I’m fat) . . .
