Good potato salad. Not the shop bought crap. Both my mum and wife made great potato salad. Home made chips much better than frozen chips- haven’t had them for ages.Dauphinoise potatoes. Pommes Anna . Baked potato. Least favourite is mash with milk and butter. My wife used to improve it by adding swede and a vegetable oxo cube.

the trick to getting your hashbrowns cooked all the way is to use them the next day with leftover baked potaoes…makes the hashbrowns soft and fried…yayyy.

I also use my mom’s trick for her potato salad…she uses miracle whip instead of mayo in her potato salad…makes it tangy with a touch of mustard.
