For my meal in this evening I made mashed potatoes. I might have put too much salt, but in an overall mashed potatoes tasted good. I made mashed potatoes previously 40 years ago.

I cooked fresh new potatoes and then I made mashed potatoes. I added some butter too.

I’.m not overly keen on plain mashed potato. .My late wife used to crumble a veg oxo cube in i and mix in some swede.

I put corn kernels and bbq sauce in my mashed potatoes.
Oh. Have you ever had Shepherds Pie? I think it’s a European dish. It mixes beef, peas and maybe other vegetables with mashed potatoes all together. I put hot sauce on my pie.

I make shepherds pie. With corn instead of peas and cover with cheese. The wife loves it.
