I can easily change a very negative thought, just by forcing myself to think something good of it and by that way removing the fear.

Hi, Enchant and welcome to the forum. My bad attitude toward children was all a matter of negativism. It was good for me to notice that about myself because I was beginning to think I was some kind of a monster. Now, I can smile at a child - but my face cracks from years of coldness lol.
