Poor quality of life

My life sucks tbh. Others have it worse, whatever. I don’t feel my life is worth living.

You’re young. It’ll improve. You have a good recovery oriented attitude so it has to.

At least you get breaks … I have a difficult life too. Not only mental illness but also problems with my past and maybe even some nasty abusive stuff. I try my best everyday to do better but it feels hopeless sometimes. But it always subsides… I just ■■■■■■ up today but I’m gonna get back up

This to shall pass! Always remember that things change, nothing remains the same. Today you may feel like ■■■■ but tomorrow could be different.

You have a job. You have pets. You have a boyfriend. You have a house.

You’ve got a lot of things to be grateful for.

Don’t forget that.

But it’s okay to have days that you feel like crap. It’s normal and they will pass.

I feel like this too sometimes. I think you have a lot to be thankful for like @Jonathan2 said.

Hope you and all you others struggling will feel better soon and have nice things to look forward to.

To be able to relax and just be and smile and feel good and enjoy things.

Hang in there.
I believe things will get better.

Hi

There are always fortunate things and unfortunate things in our lifes. when you are fortunate, don’t be overexcited. there will be unfortunate things; when you are facing unfortunate sides, don’t be over worried. There will be fortunate things in future.

Is it better to know your QOL is rather poor, or to see nothing wrong in a QOL others would regard as poor? With the former you want things to improve. With the latter there’s the risk of self neglect due to apathy.

I like your optimism man!!!

Thanks. I think I’m a natural optimist even though that I like to complain sometimes.

I know it’s not the norm, but all the complaints I have filter through my dad… he’s sick of it… sometimes as a realist I find it hard to be optimistic, and being an introvert doesn’t help!

Edit: that’s my complaint, I hope to achieve better optimism

My life sucks in some regards. Going in and out of hospital for example.

But there’s always things to be grateful for.

There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel.

My life sucked more than anyone else can. I am say it out loud in a podium.
