Schizoaffective. Surprised its not on your list.

And my understanding is psychosis isnā€™t really a diagnosis of the same time. Its more like an event or period related to bipolar/schizophrenia/schizoaffective.

To say it stait after I got swapped off a lots of antipsychotics I now finally realize that my diagnosis is paranoid Schizophrenia only. And so it was for 30 years.

Yeah, years ago I saw that in my medical notes. Psychotic Disorder, NOS. I think the number is 799. Or something like that.

Do you still have that same diagnosis, Iā€™m not sure if I do, tbh. But itā€™s the last Iā€™ve been told.

Bipolar+ pending further analysis. Pdoc said ā€œ I have a good idea but I donā€™t like jumping to conclusions ā€œ. So Iā€™m on 300mg of quetiapine and b vitamins and d vitamins and heā€™ll let me know next month or something.

I donā€™t know. That was one doctorā€™s diagnosis years ago. I donā€™t keep up with my recent medical records. Probably Schizoaffective. In my experience, they often times donā€™t tell me the diagnosis. I look at the meds prescribed or access medical notes.
